For the purpose of simplicity, the use of Infant Parent Health Alliance Ltd (IPHA) within these terms and conditions also includes “Philippa Murphy", "Murphy Media", "Nurture with Nature", "BabyCues Ltd", "I", “we”, “us”, or “our” and any other subsidiaries of BabyCues Ltd. a. Acceptance of Terms. |

| b. Severability. If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any law, rule, order, or regulation of any government or by the final determination of any state or federal court, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. |

IPHA uses information about you for various legitimate interests, including: helping IPHA to detect and prevent fraud; improve network security; provide, maintain and improve the Sites and learning platforms; process transactions; personally communicate with you; improve your user and learning experience; improve our advertising and marketing efforts; facilitate promotions; to contact users about programs or courses for which they have expressed interest; to distinguish adults from minors; and for other legitimate interests. Information about you will be maintained only if necessary to serve IPHA’s legitimate interests. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on the Sites or learning platforms may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. IPHA monitors the use of its intellectual property may seek legal action against any infringing parties. |

IPHA employs reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including best practices for user management and security policy, constant updates via patches for known security flaws. We do not store Credit Card and bank information. When users submit sensitive information via the Sites, all information is protected both online and offline. However, due to the nature of the Internet, IPHA cannot completely ensure, guarantee, or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us or through our Sites or learning platforms. Submitting information is done at your own risk. |

| 7. | Refunds For Trainees |
|
The administrative fee paid upon application is non-refundable under any circumstances. Given the nature of this qualification, login credentials for all required third-party tools and IPHA portals are issued to the applicant immediately upon acceptance onto the programme. As acceptance is confirmed at the point of payment, no refund will be issued on foot of that acceptance. By proceeding with payment, applicants acknowledge and agree to these terms. However, we recognise that certain unusual and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases a refund request may be considered at our discretion. The circumstances under which a refund will be considered are limited to the following:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing, with supporting documentation where applicable, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of the provider in respect of any refund request shall be final. |

| 8. | Refunds For Parent Classes |
|
We want every family to feel confident when enrolling in our courses. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, and transfers are granted for in-person class purchases.
*Account credits are valid for 12 months and may be applied to any future course. If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or any other reason within our control, all enrolled families will receive a full refund or, at their preference, a full account credit. We will provide as much advance notice as possible. We understand that unexpected situations arise. Refund requests outside the standard schedule due to serious illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you fairly. To request a refund or transfer under these circumstances, please contact us by email or phone with the location of your class, educator’s name, and the reason for cancellation, with relevant documentation. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Materials fees, and any third-party costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion. |

|
IPHA reserves the right to change the Sites, these Terms of Use, and any other policies or conditions. Please review this page periodically for any updates or changes. These Terms apply to all visits to the Sites, both now and in the future. Your continued access of the Sites shall be deemed your notification and acceptance of these changes. |
